AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing and using the PINAK-1 (hereinafter referred to as “the Robot”), you (the “User” or “Purchaser”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Robot. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the User and the Robot’s creators and providers (GROW MAX INVESTMENTS).

2. LICENCE AND USAGE

2.1. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Robot for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2.2. The User shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the Robot or its underlying algorithms without the Company’s explicit written consent.

2.3. The User acknowledges that trading involves financial risk, and the Company does not guarantee profits or success. The Robot is a tool, and its performance may vary depending on market conditions.

3. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

3.1. The User shall pay the specified purchase price for the Robot as indicated on the Company’s website or in the purchase agreement.

3.2. No refund is applicable on this setup and no such demands would be entertained at all.

3.3. A Monthly Maintenance Charge (AMC) is payable after 3 months of purchase, subject to certain conditions, to support future updates of the Trading Robot. Packages for the same will be described to the user to promote ease.

4. RISK DISCLAIMER

4.1. The User acknowledges that trading involves inherent risks, including but not limited to financial losses. The Company shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the User while using the Robot.

4.2. The User is solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of the Robot for their trading strategy and risk tolerance.

5. SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE

5.1. Team Grow max shall provide reasonable customer support to assist with the installation and setup of the Robot as per the availability of the support team.

5.2. Team Grow max may release updates and enhancements to the Robot, which the User is encouraged to install for optimal performance. The Company is not obligated to provide support for outdated versions of the Robot.

5.3. The User agrees to attend regular Zoom sessions organised by the Company to stay updated regarding changes in the Robot parameters as market conditions evolve.

6. PRIVACY

6.1. The User’s personal and trading data may be collected and processed by the Company in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, available on the Trade with Sanchit website.

6.2. The User must submit a copy of their Address Proof (Any of the following: Aadhar card, passport, voter card, driving licence, etc.).

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1. All intellectual property rights related to the Robot, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, remain the exclusive property of the Company.

8. TERMINATION

8.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the User’s licence to use the Robot at its discretion, with or without cause.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

9.1. The Robot is provided “as is,” without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1. In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Robot, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. GOVERNING LAW

11.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bhilwara Jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. AMENDMENTS
12.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website, and it is the User’s responsibility to review them regularly.

13. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
13.1. The User agrees to attend regular Zoom sessions organised by the Company to stay updated regarding changes in the Robot parameters as market conditions evolve.
13.2. The User agrees that they have watched all provided instructional videos before turning on the Robot to ensure optimal performance.
By purchasing and using the Robot, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the User and the Company regarding the use of the Robot and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
