At Growmax Investment, we value the trust our clients place in us and aim to provide transparent, secure, and reliable services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued and how refund requests are processed.

All payments made to Growmax Investment for investment services, subscriptions, or related financial products are non-refundable once the transaction is successfully completed. This is because investments are subject to market risks and funds are immediately allocated, managed, or processed as per your chosen plan.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after making an investment or subscription.

  • Losses arising due to market fluctuations.

  • Early termination or cancellation of an active investment plan.

  • Incorrect information provided by the client during registration or KYC verification.

Refunds may only be considered in special cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments made in error.

  • Technical issues leading to failed or incomplete transactions.

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent charges (subject to investigation and proof).

In the event of an approved refund, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. All requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at investmentsgrowmax@gmail.com, along with valid proof of transaction.

Please note that Growmax Investment reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any refund request at its sole discretion.
